Apostle Herbert H. Neverson

Apostle Herbie H. Neverson and Apostle Rosemary C. Neverson are the CEOs and Founders of

OSGA Apostolic Network, RCN Ministries Global TV, Apotle Rocemary RCN Ministries & OSGA YouTube Channels, 

"Let's Talk About It" ~Podcast, andRCN Ministries~Women Know Thy Worth, Issachar Men Arising,

as well as Founders and Apostles of RCN Ministries Website & Online Store.

They are very involved in the communities in different counties

with other events such as the Homeless ministry, Street ministry

as well as upcoming ministries with Several counties Prison

ministry, Nursing Home and Hospital Ministry. Apostle

Herbert H. Neverson is the husband of Prophetess Rosemary

Collins Neverson and father of five children.

He is the blueprint in which the Lord has birthed

“Issachar Men Arising Men Ministry.”

The Lord spoke to him in 2010 about:

1 Chronicles 12:32.

To awaken, disciple, empower and equip men all around the

world by utilizing biblical principles. God desires men to arise in

this hour and take their Kingdom given authority back and lead

as instructed by God and pour into other men. God has given him

a vision to see all men made whole through the love of Jesus

Christ. God has given him a heart to raise up strong leaders in

this hour. God is strategically given a mandate to him for the

men many have rejected, overlooked, counted out and have been

wounded by the world and the church. God has given him a heart

to see every man, arise in this hour and walk in their

purposes given by God.

“Issachar Men Arising” will be discipling all men to be sensitive

to the timing of God. To be obedient to what God is telling them,

and the will to submit to the call of God upon their life. Teaching

and training them who the Kingdom says they are in God.

“Issachar Men Arising” is looking for men that hunger and thirst

After righteousness. The men that desire more of God to be

revealed to them and to lead through Godly characters,

principles and knowledge of his word. Men who desire

to emit the reflection of I AM. He desires to encourage all men to

be strong men of God through leading them to the knowledge of

who God says they are in him.

Vision Statement

Strong Men building other strong Men through the word of God

throughout the world.

Mission Statement

Bringing men into their Kingdom identities through the word of

God through Discipling other Issachar Men Arising.
