I will be speaking from the perspective of the role in which the church contributes in today's society. Our Moral Compass must point back to character, compassion, decency, honesty, honor, humility, integrity, love, morals, truth and unity. We cannot stay silent in this hour we must stand together and search our hearts and find a way forward for healing and restoration. The world is looking to the church and christian leaders. RCN Ministries Apostolic Overseers Apostle Herbie & Apostle Rosemary launched in March 2020 a Global Apostolic Bootcamp “Boots on the Ground.” Apostolic Teams are on the ground globally in the Highway and Hedges compelling all men to come. Lives are being transformed by the word of God. "Impacting and Transforming Lives Globally" They are seeing great and mighty things happening in Africa, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Trinidad, China, Brazil, Malaysia, and many other countries. With Churches, Ministries, Bible Colleges, Bible Schools, Orphanages, Missions, and Outreaches.
God has graced her and her husband as His apostles to commission and unlock the body physically to send and as His prophets, and been graced to unlock the minds of the body of Christ. In March 2024 they will be launching Kingdom Hub in Central FL, Highlands county and then globally.

They have been Called to Prophetically unlock the Minds, Hearts, and Ascension gifts within the body of God according to 1 Corinthians 12:28, The Church is the Body of Christ according to 1 Corinthians 12:27.
God’s Apostles have been graced to Commission and unlock the body physically to mobilize and send. As God has given them authority and graced them as His Prophets to unlock the minds of the body of those God has called. Apostle Herbie is the CEO & Founder of Issachar Men Arising (IMA). He is the covering for all their ministries. They are the architects, strategists, and visionaries for the global mandate God has given them for the kingdom.

To be like Moses which leads the people out of bondage that they don't die in the wilderness but to provide the life-giving water which gives them everlasting... eternal life. God has placed a mantle on our lives for Global Impact for the Nations to accomplish Kingdom Works in unity with Men and Women of God around the world. This is the hour of the greatest Awakening within the body of God that man has never seen.
Rosemary Collins Neverson Ministries (RCN Ministries) has a mandate from God as multicultural ministries to Awaken, Disciple, Empower and Equip the body of God by bridging the gaps between the brethren within the body of God which have separated the body by cultures, denominations, and ethnicities.
1 Corinthians 9:22 God is awakening his church in this hour from the Remnant of the Called out one's. Ekklesia: "out from and to"... the people called out from the world and into God. His eternal kingdom.
