You can return your item 3 days from the date you received it.
Any item from RCN Ministries can be returned, no questions asked.
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, Return form
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. RCN Ministries strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Restocking Fees
RCN Ministries does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, RCN Ministries will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days to process your return.
